JSC "RFCA"

JSC “RFCA” was established by the Decree #65 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January, 29, 2007. The activity of company is aimed at development, support and administration of an infrastructure of the regional financial centre of Almaty city. The main objectives of JSC “RFCA” are development of Kazakhstan’s securities market corresponding to international standards, providing its integration with international capital markets, increasing its capitalization and liquidity, creation of conditions in order to attract investments to the Kazakhstan economy and attraction of population to the work on the securities market as investors. The main tasks of the company are:

Institutional development of the financial centre corresponding to the international standards and promoting attraction of foreign participants;

Attraction of brokerage and dealer organizations to work at the financial centre as issuers and professional participants;

Involvement of internal savings of the population into securities and other financial instruments by means of share market. Development and introduction of new financial instruments and share technologies;

Perfection of state regulation of securities market and financial centre;

Increasing investment force of attraction of Almaty city and formation of favourable investment image of the republic of Kazakhstan abroad;

Organizational-technical maintenance of the financial centre’s activity. Participation in realization of Program concerning increase of investment culture and financial literacy of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan
