State registration (reregistration) of legal bodies

State registration is a method of granting the status of legal body to subjects who longs for becoming a participant of the financial centre. Legal bodies whose main activity is connected with brokerage and dealer activities (hereinafter - legal bodies) are obliged to pass state registration as the participant of the financial centres. The aim of registration is certification of fact that a legal body was created, reorganized or went out of business. Compulsory condition of state registration of the legal body is having in a stock a permanent legal body in the territory of Almaty city. State registration takes three working days. The service is rendered on a paying basis. After carrying out the procedure a legal body receives a certificate on state registration, statistical card and licence of taxpayer of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Accreditation of RFCA participants

Accredtation as the participant of the regional financial centre of Almaty city is one of the methods of granting the status of RFCA participant and it is realized in accordance with Rules of accreditation as a participant of RFCA approved by the Order #02-02/ of the acting Chairman of RFCA ARA from August 09, 2008. The aim of accreditation is official recognition of rights of operating brokerage and dealer organizations on conducting activities as RFCA participant. Legal bodies whose main activity is connected with brokerage and dealer activities are obliged to pass accreditation. Duration of accreditaion is 5 days. After carrying out the procedure a legal body receives a certificate on accredtation as a participant of the regional financial centre.

Request on outgiving visas to foreigners and stateless persons arriving to the Republic of Kazakhstan

The given service is rendered to foreigners and stateless persons arriving to the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to conduct business business in RFCA and to the participants of RFCA if they act as a host. Attraction of foreign specialists to work in RFCA doesn't require obtaining permit of authority in a sphere of employment of population. Besides that a quantite of such specialists doesn't aome within quota for attraction of foreign working power, which is established annually by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Having been considered the applications of the legal bodies the Agency performs request in a written form to the Department of consular service of MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan on outgiving visa. Duration of execution is three days. The service is free of charge.

Compensation of expences for audit

Compensation of expences for audit is made for the issuers who place financial instruments on the special trading floor of the financial centre or will pass the procedure of audit according to the International Accounting Standards for the first time. The given state service is realized in accordance with the Rules of compensation of expences for audit of issuers of the financial instruments that were placed on the special trading floor of the regional financial centre of Almaty city approved by the Decree #523 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 30, 2008. Compensation of issuers' expences for audit is realized from the February 1 of the next year not exceeding a sum equivalent to 12 000 (twelve thousands) of minimum calculation index. Expences of the issuers' for an audit are compensated once and only. Time for consideration of documents requires 15 working days. The service is free of charge.

Translation of RFCA participants' documents

Participants of RFCA are rendered by services of translation. In order to appeal to the state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan participants of RFCA can present their documents with the application form to the Agency. The documents can be translated from English into Kazakh or Russian languages. Duration of rendering the service is seven working days. The service is free of charge.
