According to the Article 12 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Government service" occupation of vacant post is realized:

1. On competition basis (announcements are published in periodic printed publications: "Kazakhstanskaya pravda", "Egemen kazakhstan")

2. Without competetive selection in a form of transfer (compliance with qualisication requirements is essential)

Up to date Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty city hasn't declared competition on employment of vacant posts.
