Special trading floor of RFCA

Special trading floor of RFCA is the trading floor of "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" JSC functioning in territory of Almaty city and designated by the Agency.

Tradings in financial instruments on the special trading floor can be carried out by banks, professional participants of the securities market that carry out activity on investment management of the pension funds and accumulation pension funds that have license for conducting brokerage and dealer activity issued by the authorized state body on regulation and supervision of market and financial organizations. The rules of tradings organizer assumed in relation of STF of RFCA are to harmonized with FSA.

Requirements to issuers whose securities are included or suppoed to be included to the list of the special trading floor of the regional financial centre of Almaty city and concerning such securities (listing rules) were elaborated in accordance with sub-clause 5) of clause 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 5, 2006 "On regional financial centre of Almaty city" and specify requirements to issuers and their securities which are included or supposed to be included to the list of the special trading floor of the regional financial centre of Almaty city.

Issuers of STF of RFCA
