1991-1996 – Al-Farabi Kazakh State University, faculty of law;

1996-1999 – Al-Farabi Kazakh State University, Postgraduate studies, Almaty, PhD;

1996-1996 – Central European University, Budapest, Hungary, extension courses.

2002-2003 –Advanced Training Institute for judges and court employees under

the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the chair;

2003-2005 – state institution «Judicial academy under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (provost);

2005-2006 – state institution «Academy of state management under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Deputy Director;

From November 2006 – Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the RK on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty city

1997-1999 – leading lawyer on the issues of investment projects on restructuring of CJSC NAC «Kazatomprom», JSC «Kazakhstan aue zholy» and etc.;

2003-2005 – BISTRO Project coordinator of European Union in Kazakhstan on judges training;

2005-2006 – Director, Deputy Director of the USAID project on judicial system in Kazakhstan
