About the Game

The National Game "Stock exchange" is the socially important project. In America, Europe and Russia the quantity of individual investors is sufficiently high. As a rule the citizens of these countries have three components of welfare - property, money and shares. Kazakhstan's population in general have only property and money, in addition category of private investors hasn't been formed.

Organizers of the project are Deloitte company, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of activities of the regional financial centre of Almaty city (ARA RFCA), Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC Kazakhstan Holding for Management of State Assets "Samruk", LLP Deloitte.

Every citizen of Kazakhstan can participate in the game after registration in especially created site www.sharegame.kz. After this his virtual account will be credited by 50 000 conventional units (currency of the game). These assets are needed to be invested in shares of companies from CIS countries, which are quoted on the London Stock Exchange, and also Kazakhstan companies that haven't been listed yet. It means that participants have to form an investment portfolio.

There are two types of players: the first group will be made of teams created by universities of the RK, and there is a rule - universities can't present more than 10 teams made of 5 students. The second group will be formed by individual players. The objective of the game is to use units for purchase and sale of sharesin order to get more income till the end of the game.

The main cash prize - $ 5000 will be given to the best team. The best three individual investore among the individual investors will get $ 25 000, $ 10 000, and $ 5 000 accordingly. In case of similar indices of income the winner will be determined in a random way. The weekly winners will be determined every friday at 23.00 and information about the results will be send within five days after the end of the week.
