Declaration

Declaration* is the statement of income for tax payment; the list of goods for payment of customs duties. If a state, party or international organization makes a declaration, then it means proclamation of basic principles by these entities (for example, declaration of rights). As a legal term, ‘declaration’ may mean a statement of claim.
