Arbitration is one of the methods of settlement of any dispute connected with the contract performance at discretion of a disinterested party.
Arbitration* may be only voluntary and is considered to be an easier and cheaper method dispute settlement than a usual legal procedure. Moreover, a separate arbitration agreement or arbitration clause in the agreement (contract) excludes the opportunity of reference of interested parties to the court to settle the dispute falling under this agreement or clause.
